Game ball: Kwamain Mitchell. A 9-for-13 night for 22 points, this was one of his best games this season. He will have his hands full against Kevin Dillard on Saturday.
Key number: 19%. That was SLU's three-point field goal percentage. Somehow they scored 86 points. Go figure.
Weix's Take:SLU needs to protect its homecourt, and they did just that. This is the beginning of a big week for the Billikens. SLU is now 5-3 in conference play and must continue to get "W's" to have a chance at the NCAA Tournament.
Tonight was quite the statement. After trailing by two at half, SLU got in a rhythm and didn't let off the gas. A 23-4 run punctured the Bonnies chances.
The A-10 race is once again incredibly wide open. If the Billikens want to ensure a Top 3 or 4 finish in the league, the Temple game will need to be their only loss in Chaifetz Arena.
Up Next:At home against Dayton on Saturday. The Billikens will be looking to avenge their overtime loss earlier this season to the Flyers.
