The one-day camp, which is not open to the public, will begin at 10:30 a.m. and go until about 5 p.m. at the new Chaifetz Arena. There are approximately 35 players participating, coming from several states.
Among the Class of 2009 recruiting targets expected to attend the camp are Raymond Cowles, Sam Dower, Tre Lee, Matt Vogrich, Ivo Baltic and Jordan Dressler. It is believed that Cowles, Dower, Lee, Vogrich and Baltic have all been offered scholarships by the Billikens.
Some of the St. Louis area players expected to attend are Jerome Jones (Miller Career Academy), Gavin Wiss (Zumwalt West), Eric Clark (Ritter), Ryan Pierson (CBC), William Triggs (Edwardsville), Nathan Scheer (Borgia), Calvin Belts (Maplewood), Julian Johnson (Whitfield) and Maurice Burns (Whitfield). Ricky Kreklow, a 6-foot-5 Class of 2010 swingman from Columbia Rock Bridge, is also expected to be at the camp.
