Activities include inflatable games for kids, on-court contests for prizes, complimentary popcorn and soda, and much more. The Billiken Band and the SLU spirit group SaintSations will be performing during the evening. Billiken Hall of Famer Bob Ramsey, the voice of the Billikens, will serve as emcee for the evening.
Beginning at approximately 7 p.m., head coach Rick Majerus will address the audience, introduce team members and discuss the 2009-10 season. After coach Majerus is finished speaking, the team will be available for autographs from approximately 8 p.m. until 8:30 p.m.
The Billikens posted an 18-14 record last season and begin exhibition play Friday, Oct. 30, versus Arkansas-Fort Smith at 8 p.m. in Chaifetz Arena. After their second exhibition game Saturday, Nov. 7, versus St. Ambrose, the Billikens begin the regular season Saturday, Nov. 14, when Southeast Missouri State comes to Chaifetz Arena.
